Levelhead opens in 2029. We are having early conversations now with a small number of people who want to help shape a private advisory firm from the ground up, in Sydney and Newcastle.
Who we’d like to meet
Senior financial adviser
An experienced adviser who looks after high-net-worth families and business owners, and wants a client book small enough to know every family well.
Paraplanner
Someone who enjoys turning complex, multi-entity situations into clear, well-built advice, and wants a say in how the process is designed from day one.
Lending specialist
A broker or banker comfortable with commercial, development and private-client lending, who wants to work inside a wealth plan instead of deal by deal.
Client experience
The person who makes a premium service feel effortless: onboarding, reviews and the hundred small details clients notice.
None of these are open roles yet. They are the people we’d like to know before we are.
What we offer
A seat at the table before the firm opens, a client base built on long relationships rather than volume, and the chance to work across advice and lending in one place. Our own software, built in-house, takes the busywork out so the time goes to clients.
